Q How long does it take to receive my order?
A Custom blends typically will ship out in 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed, and will typically take 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on location. Orders are processed by 12pm AEST on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sent with Australia Post.
During peak season and sales, orders may take up to 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Local pickup orders from Coolum Beach are usually ready within 1-3 business days.

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Please enquire about shipping to a different location.
