Q Where is my order?
A Orders are typically processed by 12pm AEST on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders received after this time are processed on the next Tuesday or Thursday, whichever comes first. Once shipped with Australia Post, orders typically take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on location.
You can find your order's tracking number in your shipment confirmation email, and on the My Orders page in your account.
