Q How do I use TEMPO?
A TEMPO is a ready-to-mix premium concentrated fuel shot. Simply mix 3 scoops with 60 ml of water in a handheld or belt flask for one 100 calorie (420 kJ) serving of TEMPO fuel shot. Drink an additional 180-300 ml of water per serving. Use 2-3 servings per hour.
